The National Teaching Awards (NTAs) celebrate exceptional teaching and high levels of professionalism, providing an opportunity for the education community to recognise and honour the outstanding contributions of teachers. As part of this recognition, the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) proudly hosts the annual provincial awards ceremony, which serves as a precursor to the national NTA event.
