LA_Aspiring School Leaders
The core purpose of the Aspiring School Leaders (ASL) course is to prepare future professional school leaders. The Aspiring School Leaders course is an intensive development program designed to equip individuals for the multifaceted realities of school management. The training addresses the need for organizational resilience and relevance in the face of multiple challenges faced by educators on a daily basis. It merges technical competency in key institutional areas with soft skills which are essential for people management.
