Teacher Appreciation and Support Programme (TASP) Theme: Building a Culture of Wellness in Schools

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE SESSIONS

The two-part series aims to:

  • Promote a systemic approach to teacher wellness within schools
  • Strengthen understanding of teacher appreciation as a leadership and organisational practice
  • Equip school leaders and educators with practical strategies to support wellbeing
  • Foster a sustainable, positive school culture that enhances morale, retention, and performance
  • The sessions should move from conceptual understanding (Part 1) to practical implementation (Part 2)
