OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE SESSIONS
The two-part series aims to:
- Promote a systemic approach to teacher wellness within schools
- Strengthen understanding of teacher appreciation as a leadership and organisational practice
- Equip school leaders and educators with practical strategies to support wellbeing
- Foster a sustainable, positive school culture that enhances morale, retention, and performance
- The sessions should move from conceptual understanding (Part 1) to practical implementation (Part 2)
