LA_Aspiring School Principals
This course is an intensive programme designed to support Aspiring School Principals in acquiring the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to navigate the challenges associated with the role of a principal. It acknowledges that the principalship is a complex practice requiring the leader to fulfil diverse roles — from curriculum manager and instructional leader to managing legal, and disciplinary matters. The training emphasises practical application and cultural transformation, with a focus on eliminating toxic elements such as fear and blame, and replacing them with a foundation of trust and psychological safety.
