LA_Induction of Newly Appointed Principals (Group 1)
This course is an intensive induction program designed to develop the professional and personal experiences, skills, and competencies required of newly appointed school principals navigating a challenging educational environment. It recognizes that the principalship is a complex practice requiring the leader to handle diverse roles—from curriculum manager and instructional leader to addressing legal, financial, and severe disciplinary issues. The training emphasizes practical application and culture transformation, focusing on eliminating toxic elements like fear and blame by establishing trust and psychological safety.
