About this Course
The purpose of this training is to equip School Management Team (SMT) members with the critical knowledge, skills, and values necessary for the effective management and administration of Leave, Chronic Absenteeism, Remuneration and other Service Benefits. The core focus is to ensure standardization in the administration and management of service benefits, employee leave and detailed guidance on the legal framework governing employees in the WCED.
The following topics will be covered:
- Management of leave and chronic absenteeism
- Remuneration and benefits
- Injury on duty (IOD)
- Government Employee Housing Scheme (GEHS)
- Exit management
