About this Course
The primary purpose of the course is to develop a conceptual understanding of the diverse professional duties and responsibilities of a Deputy Principal (PL3) as an Institutional Leader and Manager. It also ensures DPs understand how their Job Description (JD) and Work Plan connect specifically to the annual Performance Management Process. The training affirms that the DP’s fundamental function is to assist the principal in managing the school and promoting the education of learners in a proper manner.
