The purpose of the workshop is to empower School Principals to excercise sound financial management in the execution of his/her duties. 

This one-day workshop will cover the following topics:

Session 1: Financial Management – focus on legislation and the steps in the financial management process.

Session 2: The role of the principal in terms of Section 16A of the South African Schools Act (SASA) and the budgeting process.
