About this Course

What is inclusive education and what does it mean for teachers?

In essence, INCLUSIVE EDUCATION refers to a school system that is a reflection of society. It is essential that learners with differing abilities should be included in our classrooms. Segregation in any form is strongly discouraged and diversity is embraced.

During this course educators will be talked through the different subject areas of the LSPID Learning Programme. Educators will furthermore have an in-depth look at the descriptors needed to complete a Baseline Assessment for a learner with PID.

This course will just focus on Language and Life Skills in the Learning programme and unpack assessment.

This course is Face-to-Face at the Cape Teaching and Leadership Institute from 15:00-17:30
